2. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance via our Jane App booking system or by contacting us directly (604-336-0783, info@wonderpointwc.com).
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details on fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees are due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements are made.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and select health insurance plans (where applicable, subject to verification with your provider).
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change, and we will provide reasonable notice via our website or direct communication.
